Due to hygienic reasons, there are NO returns or exchanges. We apologise for this inconvenience.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please follow the steps below to ensure that you can receive compensation.
If you receive an item that is clearly damaged or faulty, you should take photos showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. Our policy states that this needs to be done within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
We will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you're happy with.
Please note that our warranties policy does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage arising from improper opening of packages (e.g. using scissors may cut through items)
Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Chimaera The Label. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your Chimaera The Label account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
